Abstract

Background. There is a lack of a framework for assessment tools of common cultural (general/basic/key) competences. The intent of this article is to advance evaluation and research efforts by providing resources for educators and researchers engaged in understanding the outcomes and impact of general cultural competences development.
Materials and methods. The author used some techniques and tests which can help to monitor the dynamics of the common cultural (basic/key) competences development and students’ personal development. The realization of research objectives has been achieved through usage of some techniques and tests. To show the hypothesis is true chi square was used.
Conclusions. The experimental data obtained show the opportunity to see the dynamics of the students’ personal development.
Results. The data obtained show existence or absence of the general cultural (common/basic/key) competences components and the dynamics of the students’ personal development.
